Joe Tai (Managing Partner)
Joe has been the Managing Partner of Goldpac Investments since 1994. Over the years, Joe has invested over $50million USD from his private investment fund, Goldpac Investment Fund, into life sciences, technology, and resource sectors of the capital market. Using his strong network in North America and Asia, Joe has successfully assisted many North American companies in attaining financing, strategic partners, co-investment and acquisition opportunities in Greater China.
In 1998, Joe founded the Canadian investor relations/ public relations firm NAI Interactive Ltd. Joe is currently serving as the President and CEO of ChineseWorldNet.com Inc., a company founded in 2000 by Joe himself, which is now the leading Chinese language financial platform in the world. Joe is also actively involved on the boards of directors of numerous public and private companies in Asia and North America.
Kelvin Szeto (Partner)
Kelvin has over 15 years of operating experience in computer and Internet related businesses, and is currently responsible for policy making and planning aspects of Goldpac Investments. Prior to joining Goldpac, Kelvin was involved in the start-up of an international computer manufacturing company based in Vancouver with facilities in Hong Kong and China, and with annual sales exceeding $30 million CAD. The exceptional experience, education, and leadership Kelvin brings to Goldpac allow the company to function effectively. At present, Kelvin serves as the Vice President of Operations at ChineseWorldNet.com Inc and the President of NAI Interactive Ltd.
Gilbert Chan (Associate Director)
Gilbert has over 5 years of experience in the North American financial market, and currently serves as the Mining Analyst at Goldpac. Gilbert has a background in Metals and Materials Engineer as a graduate from University of British Columbia. Over the years, Gilbert has established an extensive network of brokers and investors, and in addition has provided investor relation and corporate strategy advises for over 20 mining companies. At present, Gilbert is also the Vice President of Marketing for NAI Interactive Ltd, and is a member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Paulina Lau (Controller)
Paulina joined GoldPac Investments Ltd. after accumulating many years of experience at Citibank, a renowned international financial institution. Paulina now specialized in accounting and corporate reorganization, and oversees the strategic planning of the company.
Vivien Leung (Corporate Secretary)
Vivien joined GoldPac Investments Ltd. recently in responsible for corporate records and client and corporate services. Vivien plan and direct projects coordination and administration. Before joining Goldpac, Vivien served at several financial institutions and investment management firms; she worked in many areas of banking, finance, cost analysis, and marketing.
